This is NOT an isolated incident! This is something that happens in precincts around the country. There are literally 2-3 stories a week! But still we continue to dumb ourselves down and ignore the smoke signals. Our police departments are on fire! And not in a good way. A child is raised most of the time looking up to and respecting police officers. Nowadays, children are raised looking out for the same. These badge bandits are lurking on every corner looking for the next gazelle to pounce on. Seriously, believe it or not, another damn sheriff’s deputy has been caught in a sex scandal with a CHILD!
Newly minted deputy, Toby Bryce Allison, “terminated” his employment with the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office Friday after being charged in the sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl. He was officially charged with aggravated sexual assault of the child. The charge is a first degree felony.
Authorities began investigating the 23-year-old deputy after the sheriff’s office received an anonymous tip early August. Allison was placed on paid administrative leave while the office investigated the allegations. The Texas Rangers reportedly assisted with the investigation.
The sheriff’s office conducted their internal investigation into Allison. The department did a forensic interview with the child and her family as part of the investigation. The interview resulted in “an outcry of sexual misconduct” against Allison. The detectives obtained additional information about the incident. Officers concluded there was enough evidence of a crime. Allison was promptly fired by the sheriff’s office and then arrested. He was then arraigned with bond set at $100,000.
In the last week dozens of officers have either resigned or been fired in the face of sexual assault charges with a minor. Beloit police officer, Larry Woods, has been federally indicted for repeatedly sexually assaulting a child. He’s facing federal charges, including two counts of transporting a minor across state lines with the intent that the minor engage in sexual activity. He has since retired from the force. According to the Director of Strategic Communications for the City of Beloit, Woods has been retired for 11 years.
Then there’s Sgt. Richard Gooddine who was fired for sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl while on duty. The girl reportedly broke curfew and instead of bring her to the station or to her parents, Gooddine took her to an apartment complex and had his way with her for several hours. It is not his first accusation and he is now under investigation by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. According to Police Chief Tommy Gardner, Gooddine violated department policies resulting in his termination.
It must be against department policy to rape 15-year-olds.
Then we have 44-year-old sheriff’s deputy, Brad Core. He turned himself into police Wednesday night. Core has been booked into the St. Tammany Parish Jail on charges of sexual battery, oral sexual battery, carnal knowledge of a juvenile, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Also this week, a Texas deputy who was arrested for raping a 4-year-old and threatening her mother with deportation, committed suicide in jail. Bexar County Sheriff’s Deputy Jose Nunez, 47, died on Monday of a suspected suicide while jailed on a charge of super aggravated sexual assault of a child. Authorities have not released how the deputy took his life.
Maybe it’s time to go back to some old school rules and castrate these civil servants.
